Add Cinnamon as an 'or'for the desktop environment dependencies

As of writing this, cortina depends on unity | gnome-shell (>=3~), so if one does not have either, but has cinnamon, the user has to install gnome-shell or unity to install cortina. Cortina works fine under Cinnamon and should be added as an 'or' in the dependency list for cortina: unity | gnome-shell | cinnamon
