Code clean up.

The following are the conventions I like to use: 2 space indent, camelcase class names, underscore-separated variable and function names (except when camelcase is already the style, as with wx, in which case I just stick with that). Do you strongly prefer tabs? -saketh

I'm very happy with those conventions - except that I would prefer to use tabs. I think the code is easier to read than single or double spaces, but faster to navigate, that 4 spaces. Is that ok? If it is, do you want to draft a paper defining the coding style for notalon devels. If so, set yourself as the "assignee" - petemyers
