Create a protocol handler for each supported protocol

Recently was introduced the concept of the protocol handler, that's a utility class to translate between protocol messages and RPC classes. Today all protocol handling logic is made inside the abstract bindlet classes and it's necessary move this code to a respective protocol handler.
