Warn if a session cookie is protected

Add a warning, if a session cookie is protected:
Protecting a session cookie is useless, it will be recreated at the next session, when the user revisit the same website.
Some users may not be aware of that, or may not pay attention. To prevent frustration, adding a warning is that case seems a good idea.
