For people who wants to enabled only a few site to store cookies, even temporary, an option may be available in the main menu (tools menu and toolbar icon menu) to quickly allow the current tab website to store cookies.
If the current tab website is allowed to store cookies, the menu must be to deny it.
Maybe implement an icon change (sub icon?) depending on the current state.
This should be compatible with #1280809
Icon change, can be if the current tab website cookies permissions are denied, have an small interdiction icon attach to it. So this should not interfered with the cookies state of the current tab.
Note: CookieMonster do almost everything I need to implement.
