Take a snapshot of the current saved cookies

The idea is to take a 'snapshot' of the current cookies, then perform some action on a site, and then be able to see what cookies changed since the snapshot was taken. That way if there is only one cookie someone wants to save on site (for example if there is a cookie that preserves a site layout) they can quickly see which one it is and protect it.
