Version Control Data Gathering

Data should be gathered from the version control system and saved in a semantic format. Stuff like the user that made the commit, what is that commit related to (bug or task) and date of the commit.
Whiteboard
Whenever a commit is made into the version control system all the information that can be retrieved from that commit should be saved into the semantic model. For example who made the commit, when, and to which bug or issue is it related to (if specified in the comment).
