To help new users get started writing policy, it seems useful to give them a familiar UI for navigating the information available for writing policy over. This blueprint presents the tables available to the user similar to how a graphical directory-
The page contains 2 panes: one of the left and one on the right. The left is a list of services currently hooked up to Congress. The user can drill down into each service with a +/- button (or link) to reveal the list of tables provided by that service. Then by clicking on a table, the right-hand pane shows a doc-string for that table as well as the first few rows of that table.
