Make DSE node hierarchical

Currently each node of the DSE is an entity that can pub/sub and send/receive unicast messages. In order to hook up external message buses, it will be convenient if each node can also be an entire message bus itself (where each of its nodes can be a message bus, and so on). This gives us the ability to reflect the structure of the real world on the message bus.
