Seperate DNS/NTP services from Compass

Currently Compass has integrated NTP and DNS services, sometimes the IP of a Compass server may be changed and the IPs of related NTP and related DNS were changed as well, however installed clusters from Compass still use the old IPs of NTP and DNS so that part of function failed.

Is it possible to separate the NTP and DNS services from Compass?
