Adding commenting and moderators to the community hardware module.

Add support for commenting to specific hardware posts (like we already have for ideas). Add moderators (community volunteers, I would love to) to help moderate the hardware module. Moderators could do things like clean up multiple repeat hardware posts. Contact users for more complete information. Honestly, even user commenting might resolve some of this.

If someone posts some hardware they got working, but maybe left out how, and another comes along, how does that person contact them for help? Adding commenting would make that very simple (it would obviously require the poster to check back).
