Should comicget have an rcfile?

I think we should think about using an rcfile for comicget, to save users some extra typing and also, so that comicget could be used in a cron job to get the latest of a webcomic. It could look like this:

pref_format=date
pref_save_dir=my_comics
dailes=sinfest.com/blahblahblah:n,questionablecontent.com:d

The dailies would be the automatic ones to download if they are defined in the rc file and if comicget has no arguments, or maybe with a --daily flag. The letters separated by colons would indicate the format used, and maybe we would have to stick the latest number for number format comics...

Anyway, have a think about it. :)
