sandbox 1.0: implementation

Registered by massimo

we will implement the default approach:
+ demo.plone.org with nightly rebuild of plone instance
+ open registration to users - plonetour lunched in Member Folder
+ we need to give the appropriate permission to the user so that he can run the tours, we should also think how not to interfere with the whole portal (e.g. in a company portal or in a PA portal)

Whiteboard

an user runs his tours in member folders:
- we need to let them review their documents

as administrator I want to enable or disable this functionality:
 - we need a checkbox in a specific control panel

as an user, if the mode is "sandbox" then
- I should have my playground already ready to be used. we need a way to uniquely create and identify it.
- the start portlet should show the urls that take care of the playground path.
- we need to take care of it when we try to understand which url we're looking for. this can be easily done when we create the title of each step in the viewlet, since it's known if the mode is active or not, and also the user and from him his playground path.
- the amberjack.js library shouldn't have any change. it just checks that the actual url (that we manage from the start portlet) matches one from the viewlet
- the validators should manage this
