Adding big projects to Code::Blocks

When adding big projects to Code::Blocks, it could automatically search for header files,and for all included folders,and then to add them to Makefile,that generated automatically (i mean,for example, -Ipath option for gcc compiler).
Now it is pretty hard to add big project,that have only it's own ./configure script.Need manually to add all paths,instead of console "make" command.
