Add SEO friendly features to CMSkey

Many existing CMS lack of simple but crucial SEO features such as user defined meta tag creation, strict handling of HTTP status code, semantic HTML mark up, URL rewriting, and so on... This is a proposal to add such features to CMSkey, because a good CMS should be able not only to manage content but also to make it easily available to users trough search engines.
