DB Disk Space check

As a services engineer, I need tool to identify that disk space in DB is smaller than on host.
Implementation details:
The check is provided by OSTF-compatible test. It check controller nodes in cluster. The test scans nova-scheduler.log for warning messages about case when the actual disk space on the node is larger than a database expected.
If any of the nodes has such warnings in logs - a test fails with showing up an IP of this node (obtained by OSTF config).
