Disk Space outage check

As a cloud operations engineer, I want to know if any of the nodes are nearly out of disk space so I can avoid an outage.
Implementation details:
The check is provided by OSTF-compatible test. It check controller and compute nodes in cluster. The test analyses if there's a disk space outage on each node.
If any node is nearly out of free space - a test fails with showing up an IP of this node (obtained by OSTF config).
