Rerun flag for billing details to indicate which items to charge for cc reruns

Sometimes one does not want to re-run all the past charges on an account when re-running a credit card. By adding a rerun flag to the billing details you can indicate which items you want to have rerun.

DONE: Add rerun flag field to the billing_details table
DONE Look for that flag when running the update_rerundetails function and only run the charge for those flagged items
+ Clear the rerun date from the billing record when clicking NO on the rerun question
+ Clear the rerun flag from the billing_details items for items that are not checked on the rerun question
