Allow one to open a ticket associated with a particular service entry

One can open a ticket that is associated with a particular service entry. The ticket must show what service it is associated with. This will require adding a user_service_id field to the customer_history table to link to it.
*** add user_services_id to the customer_history table to relate to a service
*** add a button to the service listing to add a customer ticket for this service
*** add a field in the ticket screen to pick from if it relates to a service item
*** show the service it relates to in the ticket listings

needs viewservice function that will be a link from the ticket directly to the service attributes

needs to reorganize the ticket printing in the customer notes tab to show the service name and other information about the ticket in a better format. Maybe like the new messages listing, but without the edit/pending/finished links at the bottom.
