Add the ability to validate data entered into a service field using JavaScript.

Add a field to Options/Attributes Table that can hold JavaScript functions that can be called when clicking "save changes" using an onclick event.
This can give us the ability to format data in a certain way that we wish, or make sure the data entered is in a valid format. For example we could validate that a username is in the format of a valid email address (i.e. <email address hidden>).
