Change the wording "Usage Multiple" to "Units"

Change the wording "Usage Multiple" to "Units", since Units may make more sense to users, and usage multiple is a strange name for it that I came up with.

Can I just change this in the us-english.inc.php file? Leaving the code alone, since usage_multiple is all over the place.
It was already changed to Measured Usage at some point, so I think that works too, making this change obsolete
