Migrate a volume from one group to another directly, thereby, skipping the step of removing and adding it.

Currently, if a user needs to move a volume or a set of volumes from one group to another, they have to first remove the volumes from the current group and then add then to the new group.

This exposes the risk for replication volumes in some drivers to loose the replication property if the replication is configured on group level.
Hence, we need an API to move the volume directly to the new group, provided the storage supports this feature, without losing replication property of the volume and hence avoiding the loss of DR when the replication is configured on group level.
