Support VVOL for vmware

The current cinder driver for VMware is based on creating chunks of vmdk's in a large datastore.
Because of this architecture we are not allowed to take bit-copy backup solutions for each disks separately.
If VVOL gets supported via OpenStack we can expose the storage backup solution for vmware environments
