Accept adapter_type when creating vmdk volume

Today, if you create a vmdk volume, lsiLogic is the default adapter_type set when creating a vmdk volume - https://github.com/openstack/cinder/blob/master/cinder/volume/drivers/vmware/vmdk.py#L550. The purpose of this blueprint is to allow the user to specify the adapter_type in the cinder volume type. The adapter types supported are:

1. busLogic
2. ide
3. lsiLogicsas
4. paraVirtual
