Update SolidFire driver to expose qos, snapshots and update against current SF API release

Updated the SolidFire driver to include snapshot and qos functionality.
QoS can now be set using metadata on volume creation either as a preset level (sf-qos:slow,
sf-qos:medium,
sf-qos:fast
sf-qos: performant)
Alternately specific values can be set by specifying each of the individual k/v pairs (minIOPS:500, maxIOPS:1000, burstIOPS:1000)
