Cinder should provide the actual name of a volume

Registered by Daniel Park

Cinder should provide an extra field that has the actual name of a volume as it exists on the system (eg. volume-ea317ee7-aae1-4c01-8655-ed54447bd26e). This would be useful info to have when a volume is unmanaged, so a user can easily manage the same volume again w/o having to go on the system and find what the volume is called.

Whiteboard

This varies from backend to backend. Several store this in provider_location. But there are also several that change the name of the volume at the time it is unmanaged.

Added the field for provider location to cinder show call.

Currently have shown all the details present in provider_location filed to the user. Can change this implementation though.
