Add support of lz4, lzma and other compression algorithms in cinder backup

cinder backup currently supports only gzip and bzip2 to compress the volume data while taking backup. It should support other compression algorithms as well because efficiency of commpression is entirely depends on user environment and choice. some may want fast compression compromising the compression ratio, so to provide more choices to user it will be good to add support of other algorithms.
