Support cancel image upload in cinder
When we do a maloperation of volume upload to image, currently we could use glance image-delete command to delete the image.
Although glance would delete the image data when all the volume data is transmit finished, it would cost a lot and a long time since the beginning of transmitting volume data, because the workflow consist of converting the image, cinder sending volume data, glance receiving image data and writing image data to store back-end, and finally glance delete the image data in store back-end.
If cinder support the function of cancel volume upload to image, we could directly cancel the operation of volume upload to image when realizing doing a maloperation, which could effectively reduce the cost and the time of deleting a image.
