When use "cinder create" to create a volume, the default multiattach is false. But then we want to attach this volume to multi-instances, it will failed. It would be fine we can use a command , such as “cinder set-multiattch volume_id” to set a volume multiattach to True, then we can attach this volume to multi-instances.
