Rather than using "if FLAGS.xxxx" just use sub-classes for the new LVM types being introduced

We're adding a few new things to the LVM driver including mirrors and thin provisioning. Rather than using flags and checking, let's go ahead and create sub-classes for these different types. It's a bit more overhead but long term it's easier to maintain and extend as well as being much cleaner.
