Admin api to reset cg and cg snapshot status
We support administrator to reset the status of volume, backup,snapshot and so on,but we did not support the operation on consistency group and consitency group snapshot,if their status goes wrong,the admin have to modify the status in database or reset whole.
This bp intends to add the administratot's ability to achieve this with similiar api os-reset_status
