Refactor RemoteFS based drivers

Some RemoteFS based drivers, namely GlusterFS and Quobyte (and possibly others), share common code. This should be moved to the remotefs.py implementation in order to reduce code duplication. The exact changes will be described in specification document and will include remotefs.py, quobyte.py, glusterfs.py, possibly additional similar drivers and the respective tests of the classes listed above.
Maintainers of involved drivers are welcome to join.
