Refactor Disco volume driver

The purpose of this blueprint is to refactor the code of DISCO volume driver.
These are the changes:
1) change SOAP API to REST API
2) Move some methods that were inside the class DiscoDriver into the class DISCOCheck
3) Add a new class for all the calls to DISCO using the REST API
