rbd-replication failover by force if master-cluster is crashed

In most cases,we will failover the replication service to secondary when master-cluster is crashed.But the codes are refused to demote replication-type volumes because of master-cluster is disconnected.We hope the secondary volumes will be promoted by force while master-cluster is crashed
