Cinder Driver module for OSNEXUS QuantaStor SDS platform

OpenStack Cinder module for provisioning & management of iSCSI storage with OSNEXUS QuantaStor SDS appliances. Driver to support full set of Cinder supported APIs listed here:

Driver will use QuantaStor's REST API interface to execute the various operations including create, delete, attach, detach, extend volume as well as the related snapshot management operations.
