Python Cinder Client

Currently the volume feature is used via python-novaclient's volume code. Cinder will need a stand-alone client.
Cinder client should work against Nova-Volume endpoint (that exists in essex) and Cinder endpoint (in folsom)
Currently there aren't any changes in the API.

Working cinderclient running against existing nova-volume
[devcamcar] Any status update on this? We're planning around when this will drop so that Horizon can begin changing over.
Current Trunk version can in fact act as Volume client for Nova-Volumes. Have also run a modified Horizon that call python-cinderclient for the volume specific operations.
