Switch the PureISCSIDriver over to using the purestorage pypi lib for management api's

We want to be using https://pypi.python.org/pypi/purestorage instead of the "FlashArray" object in the pure module in cinder for making the REST API calls. The lib works the same way (originally they were the same code) so the transition is mainly some renames, try/catch around imports, and pulling out all the FlashArray code.
