Dell PowerMax - SRDF Volume Creation Protected Snap

The change proposed is to add an option that the end user can define in the configuration file like powermax:disable_protected_snap. When set to True, the snapshot won't be replicated and won't match the source volume type, it will be a regular device no matter what. If set to False (default value) then the way cinder will handle won't change from what it's currently doing for now.
