NFS Cinder Driver to support Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Product line
The Oracle ZFSSA NFS Cinder Driver will enable the Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance
product line to be used for block storage on the OpenStack Cinder service. The
driver uses a RESTful API to communicate out of band with the Oracle ZFS Storage
Appliance. The driver is targeted for Kilo release.
Supported features for the driver are:
-Volume Create/Delete
-Volume Attach/Detach
-Snapshot Create/Delete
-Create Volume from Snapshot
-Get Volume Stats
-Copy Image to Volume
-Copy Volume to Image
-Clone Volume
-Extend Volume
The driver will also provide the following driver stats:
driver_version, free_capacity_gb, reserved_
total_capacity_gb, vendor_name, volume_backend_name
The Driver uses WebDAV to create/delete clones and snapshots.
ZFS Storage Appliance running software version 2013.1.2.0(full version string
for this release is 2013.06.

2014-12-17 <thinge>: There are issues with the code posted. Kedar is not available on IRC to work with us and we're doing the cut off now. The target for k-1 is being removed because we need to do a cut.
