NetApp Eseries CHAP Authentication Support

This blueprint aims to add unidirectional CHAP authentication support to the NetApp Eseries drivers in Cinder. CHAP authentication for iSCSI has already been implemented by multiple drivers as either unidirectional or bidirectional. The plan is to use the existing Cinder functionality to add this capability to the NetApp driver.
