Bypass ssl verification for netapp driver
The connection with the netapp storage may be done through the HTTPS protocol, which requires that the storage server certificate to be trusted. It demands that the admin sets up the secure environment (issuing a certificate from a CA, adding to storage and trusting on the CA at cinder side).
The admin might want to skip that setup process by trusting on any certificate provided by the storage server (self-signed or not trusted CA). So, the cinder must bypass the server certificate verification during the HTTPS handshake. Currently, it is not supported by netapp cinder driver, being addressed by this blueprint.
It may require a netapp parameter config that the admin should set (False or True) informing whether the HTTPS should bypass the ssl verification or not.
