We need a feature to lock volume, aims to avoiding to delete volume accidentally.

I'm not sure I understand the point here? Making a volume unusable? Why not just delete it if you don't want it to be used? I'm also unsure of what the "sensitive" data part is all about?
Two purposes:
1. Avoiding to delete volume or detach volume accidentally.
2. Blocking to operate the volume, if there is suspicious or virus program in the volume, labeled dangerous, wait for checking. Don't want to delete volume, because it contain important data.
