Improvement to query consistency group detail
Currently, querying consistency group detail will not return the volume id list if they're existed in this CG.
It's very inconvenience for end users to know how many and which volumes have been added into consistency group.
For improvement, cinder should return a simple volume id list in response body of querying CG's detail.
