Implement trust support for cinder

when user create volume from image, it may takes a long time(usually more than 1 hour) to download image from glance if the image size is too large, and token expires then the volume creating failed.
The best case to prevent from this situation is implement trust support in cinder. It allows to request the new token if the previous token has been expired.
