refactor hds iscsi driver to support HNAS iscsi
The existing HDS driver supports iSCSI attachment to Hitachi midrange SAN. The driver modules consist of a top-half and backend module. This proposal supports the creation of another backend module to support the Hitachi HNAS (Unified) iSCSI family and the re-factoring of the top-half to be more flexible.
The HNAS product family supports NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI protocols. The intent is to support NFS and iSCSI as part of the IceHouse release.
