This is WAYYY late for proposal in Icehouse. I'm afraid that this should be held until Juno at this point. There's way too much going on at this stage of the release to just jump in to the project and try to come up to speed with development, testing etc.

We have actually asked that new drivers be proposed by the second milestone in the past, a week before third milestone seems really late IMO.

All good. I'm ahead of the game for Juno. Gotta start somewhere.

Ed, if you have code ready and can pass the driver cert test by the 18'th you should submit and we'll target this. Just make sure you have things ready to go, unit tests, passes driver certification/tempest tests etc.
