Add EMC VNX Direct Driver in Cinder
This blueprint proposes a driver based on the Cinder ISCSIDriver, with the ability to perform volume operations on EMC VNX storage using the NaviSecCLI command line tool.
It should support the following:
* Create Volume
* Delete Volume
* Create Snapshot
* Delete Snapshot
* Create Volume from Snapshot
* Create Cloned Volume
* Attach Volume
* Detach Volume
* Copy Image to Volume
* Copy Volume to Image

Be advised feature freeze for Icehouse is likely to fall on the 18'th of February, so there's not a ton of time to get this work completed.

Understanding this is still pending legal review but that the code is ready. I'm holding off on removing from Icehouse but after FFE I don't think we'll make an exception here.

VNX Direct driver is approved by EMC legal to contribute to Icehouse. Will submit code soon.
