DataCore SANsymphony Volume Driver

Registered by Michael Latchmansingh

This blueprint is to add iSCSI and Fibre Channel volume drivers for the DataCore’s SANsymphony and Hyper-converged Virtual SAN storage.

DataCore SANsymphony is a software-defined storage platform that creates an active, transparent virtualization layer across disk storage devices to maximize the availability, performance and utilization of datacenters. The integrated set of centrally-managed data protection (CDP), provisioning, caching, replication and migration functions operates uniformly over different models and brands, assimilating current and future equipment non-disruptively. You can find more info about DataCore’s SANsymphony and Hyper-converged Virtual SAN storage at: http://www.datacore.com

Both iSCSI and Fibre Channel drivers support the core/minimum feature set:
 - Volume Create/Delete
 - Volume Attach/Detach
 - Snapshot Create/Delete
 - Create Volume from Snapshot
 - Get Volume Stats
 - Copy Image to Volume
 - Copy Volume to Image
 - Clone Volume
 - Extend Volume
