create multiple volumes via cinder client

For raising efficiency to create volumes. There should be a way to create multiple volumes via cinder client , even we do not complicate the core API.
The command in cinder client should be added like "cinder create --volume_num=3 1".

Note there was an effort to get this going here: https://review.openstack.org/#/dashboard/7051, but honestly there's little value seen here other than testing use-cases. There were an awful lot of discussions around this, honestly I think too many discussions and the idea was abandoned.

In my opinion,it is a really confusing problem, for usability,I think there's value to implement this function(But not in cinder code), and it still need consideration to solve many issues, like exception in creating process, whether support creating volumes from volumes etc.Maybe it is better to implement in other client who want use this function.
