Add a Cinder volume driver to support CORAID storage and AoE (ATA over Ethernet) protocol
A volume driver will be provided to support CORAID hardware storage appliances and AoE (using software initiator released under GPL).
The following operations will be supported :

--Volume Attach
--Volume Detach
--Snapshot Creation
--Snapshot Deletion
--Create Volume from Snapshot

This initiator is supported on all Linux initiators (released under GPL), ATA over Ethernet (AoE) Linux driver for all 3.x and 2.6 kernels is available here :
